Travel conditions for adventure tours arranged by Go Fjords.

These conditions apply for tours that are booked and paid for online.

Your ticket for the tour is the travel document you receive when you make your booking. You must have the ticket with you for checks throughout the entire trip.

Our conditions stipulate a refunds up to two days before depature, minus 100,-NOK per booking. From this time your booking is binding. We recommend you take out travel insurance with cancellation cover and that you contact your insurance company if you need to cancel your trip due to illness. In the event of illness, it is the insurance company that processes the actual refund.

- Go Fjords is the technical arranger of the tours.
- The point of sales must ensure that you are given the necessary travel document, and is also responsible for keeping you informed about all material changes that apply for your booking.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you take your travel document with you and for checking that the ticket corresponds with your booking.

When can you book a tour?
Go Fjords collaborates with other companies for most of the tours, and these companies must be informed that you are coming. Online sales closing time is specified under each product.

How do you pay?
Online bookings can be paid for by Visa and Mastercard.

What happens if something goes wrong?
Go Fjords can cancel a tour if unforeseen circumstances arise that we cannot control, e.g. natural disasters, industrial disputes or similar, and that make it difficult or inadvisable to undertake the trip (force majeure). The client cannot claim repayment if the cancellation is due to force majeure.

Should anything happen during the actual trip, you can contact our customer service centre on +47 480 60 333.

Any claims must be made as quickly as possible, and latest 2 days after departure,  by e-mailing
